Directory information (e.g., student name, grade) may be shared in publications unless a student opts out.

FEIA does not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (e.g., IT platforms, government bodies, post-secondary institutions) when necessary and under confidentiality agreements. Legal requirements or emergencies (for protecting safety or complying with court orders) may warrant further disclosure. Reasonable security measures (technical, administrative, and physical) protect your information from unauthorized access, modification, or loss. Personal data is retained only as long as needed to meet its collection purposes or as legally required, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
