Program Overview
The FEIA Soccer Program provides student-athletes with a structured, high-performance training environment while maintaining strong academic progress.
Training is integrated into the school day and designed to mirror the structure of professional academy environments. Athletes develop their technical skills, tactical awareness, physical performance, and leadership qualities while balancing academics and competitive play.
The program offers both Elite and Development pathways, allowing athletes to train at a level that best supports their current ability and long-term goals.
Players benefit from year-round development across multiple training environments including outdoor grass, turf, indoor facilities, and futsal.

The FEIA Soccer Program is led by Aleks Balta, a UEFA A Licensed coach with extensive experience developing competitive youth players and preparing them for the next level of the game.
Aleks brings a European-style development philosophy focused on technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and long-term player growth.
Under his leadership, the program emphasizes structured training, accountability, and leadership development both on and off the field.
