Fort Erie International Academy Launches New Food Service Partnership with Chartwells
Fort Erie International Academy is pleased to announce the launch of a new food service partnership with Chartwells, beginning September 8, 2026. The partnership marks an important step in strengthening the student experience at FEIA, with a renewed focus on quality, variety, consistency and service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Chartwells will take over operation of the school’s kitchen and cafeteria service, supporting FEIA’s growing residential and athletic student population with a more structured and responsive food program.
The opening week will begin with a phased service model as students arrive on campus, before moving into the school’s full academic meal schedule. The first three days will feature a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, including fresh fruit, sandwiches, salads, roast chicken, pasta, breakfast sandwiches and stir-fry dishes.
The new service model has also been designed with FEIA’s athletic programs in mind, including early breakfast options for teams training before school, extended breakfast service for returning athletes, and plans to accommodate teams arriving later for dinner.
During weekends and extended school holidays, students will continue to receive a dedicated brunch and dinner service.
The transition to Chartwells reflects FEIA’s ongoing investment in the overall student experience and in the systems that support a growing international boarding school community. Students, staff and families will see the new service begin from September 8, with the full academic meal schedule commencing later that week.
